We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States. Products ship from mainland China.

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. After you place an order, we will calculate the shipping cost for your parcel and send a separate shipping invoice before dispatch. The final shipping cost depends on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, destination and selected service. For an estimate before ordering, email fallsueplus@gmail.com.

If you do not accept the shipping quote, we will hold your order and wait for your decision. We will not dispatch the order until the shipping invoice is paid. Contact us to discuss the quote or request cancellation. We will confirm any approved refund by email.

Available services may include DHL (typically 7–10 days in transit), air freight (typically 10–15 days) and sea freight (typically 30–45 days). These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Availability, customs handling and total delivery time depend on the parcel and destination. We will confirm the service and quote before dispatch. We will state whether customs duties and taxes are included in the quote.
