Before you order
Choose the exact product and variant you want. Check the listing for dimensions, materials, what is included, and whether the item is available. Photos may show other figures or display props; only the contents stated on the product page are included. Natural wood grain and hand-finished details can vary.
Check that your destination is available at checkout. The displayed product price does not include shipping, and any applicable import duties or taxes depend on the destination and service. If you want a shipping estimate before ordering, email fallsueplus@gmail.com with the product link, destination country, and postal code.
Place your order
Add the item to your cart, enter your delivery details, and pay the product price using an available checkout method. Keep your order confirmation email and check that your contact and shipping details are correct.
Review the shipping quote
After your order, we calculate shipping from the parcel weight and dimensions, destination, and available service. We email you the shipping quote and a separate invoice for approval. Your order remains on hold until you accept the quote and pay the shipping invoice; we do not dispatch before then.
If you do not accept the quote, the order stays on hold while you decide how to proceed. Email us to discuss it or request cancellation. We will confirm any approved refund by email. Read our Shipping & Delivery page and Refund Policy for details.
After dispatch
We email the carrier and tracking number or link after dispatch. Please inspect the parcel and its contents on arrival. If an item is wrong, materially damaged, or defective, contact fallsueplus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or video so we can help.
