Where we deliver
We accept orders for destinations available at checkout. If your destination is not listed, contact fallsueplus@gmail.com before ordering.
Shipping is billed separately
The product price shown at checkout does not include shipping. After you order, we calculate the cost using the parcel's weight, dimensions, destination, and available service. We email a shipping quote and separate invoice for your approval before dispatch. We will not dispatch your order until you accept the quote and pay the shipping invoice.
If you do not accept the quote, we keep your order on hold while you decide how to proceed. You can contact us to discuss the quote or request cancellation; we will confirm any approved refund by email.
Delivery service, customs, and tracking
Available services and transit estimates vary by destination and parcel. We will confirm the service and estimate with your quote. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We will state whether duties and taxes are included in the quote; additional import charges may be payable where they are not included.
Once your parcel is dispatched, we email the carrier and tracking number or tracking link so you can follow it.
